A new affordable family housing community is coming to Galloway. Cornerstone at Galloway will offer premium affordable apartments for families seeking maintenance-free living in a peaceful, family-friendly environment.

Located at 110 South Wrangleboro Road, the community will feature comfortable apartments and beautifully maintained grounds with convenient amenities designed for residents' needs. Situated in Atlantic County just inland from the Jersey Shore, Cornerstone at Galloway offers residents easy access to shopping, dining, and healthcare while maintaining a quiet, community-oriented atmosphere.

The development is slated to open in Spring 2026 and will be a smoke-free, pet-free community.

Lottery Application Now Open

The application lottery for Cornerstone at Galloway is now open. Preliminary applications must be received by December 2, 2025, at 5:00 PM to be considered for the random selection process.
