The below documents memorializes the terms of an agreement reached between the Township of Galloway, the declaratory judgement plaintiff, and Fair Share Housing Center (FSHC), a Supreme Court designated interested party in this matter in accordance with In re N.J.A.C. 5:96 and 5:97, 221 N.J. 1, 30 (2015)(Mount Laurel IV) and, through this settlement a defendant in this proceeding.
